Mm, personally from a quick look around your gallery a couple things stand out to me:
1. I really love how you draw expressions!
2. I think you should work on memorizing some proportions for your figures. Even though your style is less realistic and more anime-esque, learning how anatomy works is really important. I'm still working on that myself.
3. An extra layer of shading on your characters would bring them out even more! Your drawings mostly seem like the middle teapot right now: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia…
